Introduction
We refer to the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between The Government of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam and The Government of The Republic of Singapore concerning co-operation in the field of Broadcasting signed on 6th October 1990.
This MoU was renewed and signed by the Minister of Energy at the Prime Minister's Office for the Government of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam and the Minister for Communications and Information for the Government of the Republic of Singapore on 22nd April 2014.
Pursuant to this MoU, Joint Technical Committee held its 26th meeting in Brunei Darussalam from 25th – 26th November 2016.
The technical committee comprising representatives from each country meets at least once annually alternating between Brunei Darussalam and Singapore to implement this Memorandum.
