Information Department in collaboration with Scholarship Division Ministry of Education, Islamic Studies Department Ministry of Religious Affairs and Brunei Shell Petroleum Company Sdn Bhd are organising a Civic Course for Brunei Darussalam's Undergraduates Studying Overseas (2010) that will be held at SEAMEO Voctech International House, Jalan Pasar Bahru, Gadong from 1st August until 5th August 2010. The official opening will be held on August 2, 2.30pm; while the closing ceremony will be held on August 5, 2.45pm. The venues for both ceremonies will be held at Dewan Setia Negara, Information Department.

In this regard a poster handing-over ceremony will be held at 2.00pm on Saturday, July 24 located at Dewan Citra Budaya, Ground Floor, Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, Berakas.
