BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Monday, September 30. – The participants of the Third Session for Year 2019 Civil Village Programme for Postgraduates attended a business briefing that was held at the Auditorium, Design and Technology (D & T) Building, Kampung Anggerek Desa. 
 
The first briefing was presented by DARe’s Manager, Dayangku Hajah Normadinah binti  Pengiran Haji Omarali, among others, explaining DARe's role in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), 'start up boot camp' and MSME.
 
In addition, she also shared the role of DARe in helping entrepreneurs to operate their business.
 
Participants then attended a briefing session the founder of Al-Huffaz Management, Awang Haji Mohammad Loqman Al-Hakim bin Haji Hamdan, among others, explaining the formation and role of Al-Huffaz Management. 
 
According to him, Al-Huffaz Mangement is a platform for people to seek out Al-Quran or Muqaddam teachers, while helping locals to work as part-time teachers as teachers to teach Quran and Islamic teachings in the right way, where they are accredited by the Brunei Islamic Religious Council (MUIB). 
 
The Civic Village Programme for Postgraduates is run by the Department of Information, Prime Minister's Office through its Nationhood Unit, Nationhood and Community Division held from September 29 to October 4, 2019.
 
The participants were postgraduates from institutions of higher learning locally and abroad.
