BERAKAS, Tuesday, April 9. - Muslims must believe that the law of Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala is the best for humans in this world.

Hence, in implementing the law of Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala, we as Muslims must uphold and defend the religion of Allah for the welfare and security of mankind.
This is because for those who defend and implement the law of Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala, help will be given by Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala to them.
Minister at the Prime Minister's Office, Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Haji Awang Abdul Mokti bin Haji Mohd. Daud emphasised this in his speech on 'Seeking Willingness, Promise and Help of Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala' delivered during the Informed Community Programme organised by the Department of Information, Prime Minister's Office which took place at the Auditorium of the Department of Information.
The Minister also touched on piety and obedience to Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala where according to Sayyidina Ali Radhiallahu 'Anhu, "Piety is  fear of Allah, reading the Holy books of Islam, being willing and ready for the day of judgement."

The Minister added that we must always be thankful with the blessings Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala has given us, where sometimes we are too distracted to be aware and to appreciate the many blessings Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala has given us in our lives.
Among those blessings are faith, Islam, physical and mental health, safe from tragedies, knowledge, independence, peace and prosperity.
While seeking willingness and the help of Allah, Muslims, stressed the Minister, must be loyal to Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala and Ulil Amri, because loyalty to Muslim leaders is one of the  beliefs of Islam, which is the confidence of a Muslim towards his God.
If a ruler or leader commands, it is obligatory to be carried out, as long as it does not disobey Allah and if a leader prohibits something, it is obligatory to stop and prevent it.
The Minister further added that the promise of Allah is true. This is to get willingness towards Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala, if we humans uphold the religion of Allah, the laws of Allah and piety to Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala, His Messenger and Ulil Amri.
In his speech, the Minister also quoted His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam's titah (royal speech) in conjunction with the National Level Israk Mikraj Celebration of 1440 Hijrah / 2019 Masihi on the 27th  of Rejab 1440 Hijrah /  the 3rd of April 2019 Masihi at the International Convention Centre, Berakas recently.
"I would like to emphasise that Brunei Darussalam is a delightful country that regularly gives priority to the worship of Allah. This is guided by the Malay Islamic Monarchy (MIB) philosophy that was instituted hundreds of years ago.

This system is obliged to protect and preserve the rights of the citizens and residents regardless of their ethnicity or creed. This is MIB, a venerable concept that is successful and content, present in a united community.

The MIB philosophy has also proved congenial towards the world, to the extent that whoever visits this country would gain a memorable experience, are able to enjoy the peaceful and harmonious environment as well as a warm hospitality. This is the essence of Brunei, an MIB nation, where anything other than that is not Brunei."
